ABOUT THE BOARD
The Board is comprised of twelve Canadian music managers who are active in the Canadian music industry. They lead the work that brings to life the organization’s strategic priorities and help to ensure that MMF Canada is THE voice of those working in music management in Canada.
Being a director is an opportunity to serve your community, develop new relationships, and hone new skills.
There is an executive committee voted on by the board at the first Board meeting after the election. It consists of the Chair, Vice-Chair Government & Community Relations, Vice-Chair Business Development, Secretary, and Treasurer and conducts the business of the Board between meetings as necessary.
Directors are encouraged to take on leadership roles during their term; as a member of the executive and/or as a committee chair.
