Applications Open: International Manager Buddies at NXNE

 
 

ABOUT

MMF Canada, MMF UK, Association of Artist Managers (Australia), EMMA (European Music Managers Alliance) and MMF Aotearoa invite any manager members who are attending NXNE in Toronto (June 10 - 14, 2026) to submit an expression of interest before April 29, 2026.

ELIGIBILITY:

  • You must be a current member of one of the above organizations to apply

  • You must be a manager (not a self-managed artist) to participate in this initiative. (If you are a self-managing artist who also manages other act(s) in addition to your own, you are welcome to apply.)

  • Please only apply if you are attending this conference. You don't have to be attending with a showcasing artist.

THE PROCESS:

  1. Complete this EOI form by 29th April 2026

  2. Once submissions have closed, applications will be reviewed and groups curated

  3. You can expect to hear from us within 2-3 weeks after the submission closing date, at which point participating applicants will be introduced via email to their Manager Buddies

  4. Individuals in each group will be responsible for organizing an initial virtual meet-up or call with their buddies ahead of the conference, and ideally an in-person meet up at the conference.

  5. Further information will be provided via email when groups are introduced - including the names, biographies and email addresses of participants - so you can connect and start your conversations with your group!
