MMF Connect: Holiday Edition
December 16, 2020 || 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM EST
2020 has been quite the year!
Join us for the holiday edition of MMF Connect, an online gathering to celebrate and catch-up with friends old and new. Meet our board and staff and get to know a couple of featured artists.
THIS EDITION OF MMF CONNECT IS OPEN TO ALL AND THERE IS NO COST TO ATTEND!
Artists (or their managers) are welcome to submit a one-song performance video for consideration. We’ll select two artists and their video to be featured during the event.
The submissions portal is now closed. Thank you to all of the incredible artists who submitted their performance videos! We will announce the selected artists on Tuesday December 15 :)
Donations
It’s been a tough year for many of us but if you have the means to give, we encourage you to give generously to the following organizations that are making a difference in the lives of many of our community members.
Afri-Can FoodBasket’s mission is to provide leadership in urban agriculture, and foster collaboration to advance food justice, health and social enterprise in the African Canadian Community.
Their integrated programs leverage one another as a means to create a holistic solution to address youth unemployment, youth leadership, and cross generational / cross cultural collaboration.
Unison Benevolent Fund is a non-profit, registered charity that provides counselling and emergency relief services to the Canadian music community. We are here to help professional music makers in times of hardship, illness or economic difficulties.
The fund is an assistance program – created and administered for the music community, by the music community – designed to provide discreet relief to music industry professionals in times of crisis. There are two distinct types of support available through the fund: financial assistance and counselling & health solutions.
