The aim is to create a safe space for music professionals to learn, grow and strive for excellence. This 4-week workshop is for managers, arts professionals & artists who are ready to inhabit a new way of being: focused, grounded, and with greater access to creative flow.
Facilitated by Kerrin Daniels.

COURSE OBJECTIVES

  • Understanding and clearing energy blocks that get in the way of focus and creativity. 

  • How to operate at a frequency that helps participants to be at their best. 

  • Healing and practice for all the above.

    Sessions are 90 minutes every Wednesday at 4:30PM EST. Dates and times:

COURSE DETAILS

WEEK 1: FREQUENCY 101
Wednesday Feb. 17 2021, 4:30PM-6:00PM EST

  • Everyone has a why - Connecting to others stories for inspiration + introspection

  • Understanding frequency and how it effects your everyday life (Mind, Body, Soul)

  • The frequency of healthy communication 

  • Importance of breath and Six Negative Emotion Exploration

WEEK 2: TURNING THE SOIL/SOUL (EXPLORING ROOTS AND LINKS TO PERFORMANCE AS BIPOC) 
Wednesday Feb. 24 2021, 4:30PM-6:00PM EST

  • Authenticity V Fake (who are you?) - being something for someone else and how that has helped or hindered us as BIPOC within the industry

  • Resiliency required for the industry

  • Common emotional/mental and physical blocks and challenges working in the music industry and how to manage them 

WEEK 3: VIBRATING FOR SUCCESS
Wednesday March 3, 2021, 4:30PM-6:00PM EST

  • Understanding and utilizing strengths 

  • Exploring areas of improvement for optimal performance

  • Implementing daily routines for optimal creativity and stress relief

  • Understanding and Managing stress through mindfulness 

WEEK 4: CRAFTING A BETTER TODAY FOR A BETTER TOMORROW
Wednesday March 10, 2021, 4:30PM-6:00PM EST

  • Maintaining Frequency (Routines for high frequency living)

  • Self Care Assessment and Planning

  • Creating a mission statement and commitment

FACILITATOR: Kerrin Daniels
Kerrin Daniels is a certified counsellor with training as a person-centered/Adlerian therapist who uses mindfulness, spiritual awareness and creative activities to help clients achieve overall wellness. She has many years of experience with both 1:1 counselling, couple counselling and group workshops. Through her own journey from suffering to healing, she has learned how to listen to the voice inside and has become passionate about helping others find their own worth, overcome obstacles, remove blockages and transform their lives.
