Take Action to Support Funding for Canada's Music Industry

The Canadian Independent Music Association (CIMA) is urging the Canadian government to renew its $16 million investment in annual federal funding that powers FACTOR & Musicaction, which is set to expire at the end of March. The Canadian government just set the official date for the 2026 budget from spring to November 4, 2025. Funding for Canadian-owned music companies, music creators and their teams are at risk of being cut in half.
