MMF Canada @ BreakOut West 2023

Our Outreach Director, Gabrielle attended BreakOut West conference and showcase this October 2023 in Kelowna, BC.

BreakOut West is an annual music event that includes an immersive, music development conference, and music festival hosted by the Western Canadian Music Alliance. BreakOut West is where industry gathers to celebrate, develop and support the best western Canadian artists, which are developing sustainable careers of national and international scope and is viewed on a national basis as an integral component, not just of a Western Canadian artist’s development but of the Canadian music industry as a whole. At the conference, Gabrielle hosted a manager’s meetup for networking and connection. She also oversaw the MMF Canada x BOW Music Managers Mentorship Program which paired select mentees with a mentor, then participated in supportive one-on-one meetings throughout the conference.
