Chris Smith is the visionary behind some of the entertainment industry’s biggest names of the past decade. Smith has successfully shaped the career of eight platinum musical artists including Alessia Cara, Nelly Furtado, JoJo, Fefe Dobson, The Philosopher Kings, and Tamia. He also pioneered the world’s first animated musical act with the super group Prozzäk. His clients have accumulated over 7 billion streams worldwide and his company has garnered a number of awards and critical acclaim including Management Company of the Year (Canadian Music Week) and Artist Management Company of the Year (Urban Music Awards).

Duff Roman has held many roles over the years. Much of his time has been dedicated to radio, including as an on-air personality in Toronto in the 1960’s. Roman was also a record label owner and artist manager. His Roman Records, co-founded with his late brother Dan, launched the careers of The Paupers and Grammy-award winner David Clayton-Thomas. Roman is also the founding president of the Foundation to Assist Canadian Talent on Recordings (FACTOR), which is dedicated to supporting the growth and development of the Canadian independent recording industry.
