This essential soft skills refresher promotes and guides individuals and/teams towards higher productivity and collective achievement:

• Understand team member needs

• Detail ways to build trust

• List important aspects of effective communication and how to incorporate these aspects into daily dealings

• Discuss ways to empower teammates in order to create environments of shared leadership within teams
