Join Ace Piva (Tour Manager, Certified Addictions Worker and Founder, Over the Bridge) for a special interactive online event - an open conversation around mental wellness for artists and teams.
This session will not be recorded, and participants will be encouraged to turn on their microphones and cameras to talk through different scenarios that might impact their artist or team on tour and beyond.
We will begin with a conversation around coping and managing various scenarios, including substance abuse, mental health struggles, self-care on the road and post-tour care. We will also discuss ways to incorporate a wellness strategy into your tour plan. This conversation will be followed by a Q+A.
Please bring your questions - this is a great opportunity to share with and learn from your peers.
