A 3-part series designed to help you create a dynamic and responsive business plan for your creative enterprise: Thursday January 12, 19th and 26th from 3:00PM to 4:00PM ET.
Join MMF Canada and business development strategist Brandy Skinner for a 3-part series which will walk participants through the iteration and creation of a business plan. This series is specifically designed for artist managers, artists and creative entrepreneurs.
Having strong foundations for your creative business is an essential part of preparing for success and growth. Creating a dynamic, responsive business plan is a key piece of those business foundations, and working your way through this process also serves as a check-in for your goals and needs, while helping you define what makes your offering unique. Creative entrepreneurs must dig deep and tackle the task of creating a business plan as one of the first steps towards managing a sustainable and scalable enterprise. After all, how can businesses attract potential partners, funders, or investors without having clarity of vision?
